Watson Chapel School District Counseling

Welcome to the Watson Chapel School District School Counseling Page!

It is the mission of the Watson Chapel School District School Counseling Department to enhance the total education of each student by providing opportunities for growth in the areas of personal/social development, academic decision making, and college/career preparation. Collaborating with students, their families, the Watson Chapel School District community, and outside community assistance, the School Counseling Department works to establish a safe, inclusive environment by recognizing the needs and appreciating the value of all individuals. We will encourage each student to reach his/her unique potential and assist them to become responsible citizens and life-long learners. 

It is our hope that we provide you with information regarding the school counseling program and counseling topics and resources.

We will continue to add new resources and update as often as possible. If there is a question that you have or something you would like a resource on to better assist in the growth and development of your child, please feel free to contact us through email.

Make a list of 30 things you are grateful for today. 

Write a letter to someone you miss. This would be a great time to practice addressing an envelope and learning your address as well.  Make a list of 10 ways to show respect at school.

Show responsibility today by helping your family members with 3 things you wouldn't normally do.

Make a recipe for Friendship. Spend some time looking at a family members cook book for inspiration.
