  • DIS has a self-management program set up that will allow you to change/reset your password yourself.  Click on the link below, then click on FORGOT PASSWORD.  Enter your username (ex: 3509bsmith) and click to have the system send you a password reset email.  Check your email and follow the directions given.

  • You can access TAC/eSchool from home by setting up a VPN connection on your home computer.  The link to the instructions are below.  WCSD Technology does not support personal computers/devices.  If you run into problems or need assistance, call the APSCN Helpdesk at 1-800-435-7989.  If you call the APSCN Helpdesk, please ask for APSCN LAN support and be at your computer.

  • To submit a ticket to have someone from technology come to fix a computer problem, simply email the issue to with as many details as you can offer.  Please include your campus and room number.  If you want them to come by on your prep time, include that information as well.

  • Click the link below to navigate to the ARESC website.  You can click the “sign in” button to manage your professional development record, register for sessions, and update your information.

  • Click the link below to see step-by-step instructions for adding hours that are completed OUTSIDE of WCSD, ARESC, and ADE to your personal transcript.

  • Register for a Session

    Go to and log in.  (If you do not have an account, create a new account.) 

    In the “Search by Session # or Keyword” box, type the session ID and click submit. 

    On the description page, click on Register. 

    On the next screen, click Checkout (there is never a charge and you will not be asked for any financial information). 

    Click the Complete Checkout button to finalize your registration.  

    You will receive a confirmation email regarding your registration.

  • Offical Transcript vs. Personal Transcript

    Your official transcript contains hours that are obtained through ADE-DESE and educational cooperatives.  It also includes hours obtained at WCSD for which official sign-in sheets are turned in.

    Your personal transcript contains hours that you add to your transcript from professional development obtained outside those listed above, like AP Institute, educational association conferences, etc.  You should keep a certificate, copy of the sign-in sheet, or some type of documentation as proof of your attendance.
